Pharmacy Operations Manager
- Train new hires in their respective team's workflows and procedures, as well as recommend retraining opportunities
- Support training for new feature or process rollouts, building content and training sessions to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Audit workflow execution, using existing rubric, to provide live and logged feedback opportunities
- Partner with managers to identify possible product or workflow improvements to help improve workflow efficiency or quality
- Be a subject-matter-expert for the Logistics team, Pharmacy Operations Team, Customer Delivery Experience Team, and keep up with changes in processes and expectations
- Managing and delegating the pack and sortation team
- Having team huddles to communicate with the team what is expected of everyone
- Going over new workflows, company rules, company policies, new updates, and recognitions
- Directing and appointing roles of each individual throughout the day and adjusting it as needed
- Scheduling lunch breaks for a team of 20+ team members
- Organizing weekly staffing and schedules for specific roles throughout the day
- Monitoring the volume of work by using company dashboards and adjusting staff according to fit needs in different areas of work
- Brainstorming, Creating and discussing workflow changes, concepts that will help to optimize efficiency in the workplace in team/group/manager meetings
- Investigating missing orders and errors using surveillance cameras
- Flagging building maintenance issues, Such as leakages or damaged floors
- Creating tickets on System problems such as Hardware issues, Interface issues, network issues and working accordingly to have issues resolved
- Creating workflow guides using Google slides and google sheets
- Working together with engineers and product team in developing and testing out new user interfaces.
