  • Maintain the challenge sample counts and ensure all samples are present and accounted for at the beginning / end of the shift
  • Challenge AIE with approved challenge samples and follow reaction protocols
  • React to Hot End generated defect notifications and respond to the hot end accordingly (When prompted on screen)
  • Requalify all tool changes made in the hot end (When new tool reaches the cold end)
  • React to all out of spec weight events accordingly (Perform 5 min weight checks and follow critical defect procedure)
  • Follow critical, risk, and functional defect procedure when applicable
  • Identify origin of all containers that break under pressure and report to the hot end in the defect box
  • Report the top losses from the AIE to the hot end for correction & investigate any line variance of 1.0 - 1.5% or more and react accordingly
