Assisted in surgical procedures as a DaVinci robotics assistant from 2011 to 2021. Supported surgical teams by mentoring other CSFAs, PAs, and surgical residents. Participated in numerous training sessions with surgeons to enhance skills and knowledge. Since 2021 I have filled a roll as a senior CST. The role change happened in response to Massachusetts rewording the surgical assistant law which currently does not recognize CSFA's. I am also the chair of our surgical services unit council.

• Cultivated strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Conducted product demonstrations and training sessions for medical staff on effective usage of medical devices.
• Provided ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated proper equipment use by showing clients product setup and operation using advanced knowledge of medical and surgical processes.
• Provided surgical support in total joint replacement.
