Sean Lindsay

As a crew member of the Geneva Housing Authority my responsibilities ranged from general building and home maintenance, extensive repair to buildings and homes, maintenance and repair to the fleet of vehicles, Utility vehicles, large size lawn mowing units tractors and small engine repairs. In addition often being the lead crew member to our highest priority and skilled jobs being asked to teach fellow crew members for the authority. During my 17.5 yrs of employment I developed many skills and abilities to maintain buildings and grounds as well as leadership and teaching skills, assessment of difficult situation uder urgency to repair with safety, time and cost most important.

Dealing with tenants was a part of every day routine and was an extremely important aspect of my job as i was trusted with the key to over 400 family homes/apartments.

Interactions with tenants in a professional and respectable manor was a must and the ability to neutralize stressful situations while doing work orders ensuring the job would be done correctly with attention to detail and cleanliness.
