Summary

Having my first employment in a quaint resort in Florida as 15yr old dishwasher. With the work ethic I developed, I was given the opportunity to train and work my way thru all stations in the BOH.


When working as a line cook for Marriot hotels was where I really learned the craft. Having been trained by a CIA (Culinary Institute of America) Graduate Chef really taught me the importance of quality food and proper presentation.


I carry this to this day.
