• Currently oversee and lead church campus location for Motion Church of 1200 congregants.
• Recruit, train and develop leadership and service teams for campus.
• Oversee staff of kids, facilities, connection, small groups, outreach, assimilation teams.
• Provide support, nurture, spiritual direction, counseling for staff and congregation.
• Primary public communicator/host on platform during all our services.
• Preach 3 times a year in weekend services.
• Lead our men's ministry for all of our 3 locations of Motion Church.

Pioneered new church in Coeur D' Alene, Idaho.

• Recruited launch team, established congregation, secured permanent location and became financially independent, self sustaining congregation of 200+ people in 6 years.

• Initially hired as Recruitment and Retention Coordinator.
• Promoted to Enrollment and Admissions Coordinator. Produced 50% increase of new incoming students.
• Spearheaded and established brand new collegiate cross country and track and field program. Recruited and trained all athletes.
• Promoted to Athletic Director, overseeing women's volleyball, mens basketball, mens and women's cross country and track and field. Repaired declining department culture.

• Developed relationships with multi-site national Senior Housing companies in order to provide market leading property, liability and workman's compensation insurance coverages.
• Established business connections with top 50 Independent, Assisted and Skilled Nursing companies in USA.
• Built brand recognition for Alliance Insurance Group in Senior Housing Industry nationally.
• Created 30 new sales opportunities in 12 months with leading industry owners.

• Planted new church, led it for 15 years. Started with launch team of 35 and increased it to average weekly attendance of 700+.
• Provided primarily leadership for congregation, staff and volunteers.
• Expanded permanent location through several remodels, expansions, and new construction.
• Member of National Church Planting Coaching Team for Foursquare (ICFG) denomination.

• Primary leader for student ministries on public high school campus's.
• Developed working partnerships with high school administration, staff and principal.
• Became Training Director for Lane County Youth for Christ, developing other Campus Life directors.
• Started 2 brand new campuses and transitioned them over to competent leaders that were recruited and trained.
