Awarded for being the 2021 Combat arms instructor of the year at Holloman AFB, NM.


Awarded second oak leaf cluster for assisting the training of 276 Defenders through four new M4 courses and provided vital feedback to the Security Forces Center, directly enabling the implementation of improved rifle courses across the career field. Additionally, I overhauled the Combat Arms weapon parts accountability program where I purged 140,000 items, created a new parts tracking process, and re-organized storage. My efforts streamlined weapon parts inventories and accountability, codifying closure for two significant Unit Effectiveness Inspection observations


Awarded first oak leaf cluster distinguishing myself by the outstanding achievement as Quick Response Force Member, 409th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, 409th Air Expeditionary Group, 435th Air Expeditionary Wing, Agadez, Niger. During this period, I enforced the integrated base defense posture for 640 personnel in direct support of Operation JUNIPER SHIELD. My attention to detail secured the Unites States Africa Command’s premier Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance hub, valued at 320 million dollars. Additionally, fulfilling antiterrorism and force protection requirements, conducting 149 Random Antiterrorism Measures, 265 ground tasking orders, and responding to 273 Tactical Automated Sensor System alarms. My ability to deter violent extremist organization activity effectively hardened security for 160 million dollars in Department of Defense assets. Furthermore responded to an increased local threat as a quick reaction force member. His actions in executing listening and observation posts effectively led to the deterrence of 106 potential aggressors. Finally, I aided the Air Advisor mission, teaming with the Nigerien Armed Forces for three exercises. I expertly mentored twenty-eight personnel, strengthening the bilateral relationship between the United States and Niger in the Greater Sahel and Lake Chad Regions.
