In my four years working at the pool as both a lifeguard and a manager, I have learned many important life lessons and skills that can be brought into any workplace. I have learned to problem solve and strategize to maximize every guests experience. I have acquired a skill in being a team leader and guiding my peers to make the workplace run smoothly. I have also learned how to be a good employee towards my boss and coworkers as well as gaining characteristics such as honesty, respect and cooperation. I am a problem solver, leader and hard worker that is willing to take on any tasks the job at hand provides me with.
