I was a Sales / Technician in the Exterminating field.I would identify problem areas with pest ,both in Commercial and Residential units.After identifying the type of problem, I would implement a plan and discuss with the owner Upon approval, I would start the program that we both felt would be best suited for the Pest control.Iwould explain step by step to the client , what exactly was taking place.Also explaining how it would work and also, explain what they could do to help the problem.Iwould return either in1,2 or 3 months to monitor and do the service again.
