  • Started off as the only BDR on the team, making 200+ cold and warm calls each week. I consistently hit my target of booking 2–4 qualified meetings weekly and helped build early pipeline momentum from the ground up.
  • Took the initiative to learn the UiPath Automation Platform and became a certified Business Analyst. This helped me better understand clients’ needs and how automation could solve real problems for them.
  • Eventually added the role of Head of Marketing, where I led 15+ internal campaigns. I personally created tailored email and social content for each campaign, focusing on making things clear, engaging, and relevant — which led to a steady increase in warm leads.
  • As the business focused evolved, I shifted into staffing and recruiting, managing both the client side and the candidate side:
    Held intro meetings with new clients to understand their business and spot opportunities for either staffing or automation solutions.

  • Managed the full recruiting cycle — from first outreach all the way through onboarding.

  • Stayed in close contact with candidates throughout the process — giving updates, providing feedback, and helping them find the right fit.
  • Gained account management experience by taking ownership of all active job accounts to keep things moving and ensure we closed roles efficiently.
