Served as “Beta” tester for many new technologies, including the 1st 3M Digital Proofing Press. Beta tested multiple RIP Interfaces and corresponding operating systems as well.
I served as Lead man for the Digital Proofing Department managing a small team and responsible for meeting all deadlines.
Managed all digital assets/files, which numbered in the tens of thousands. I also worked with the transferring, conversion and archiving of digital files for our customers.
Quality control for these files (checking size,cropping,rotation, etc...). I saved the company from very costly errors many times.
Managed the A.I.M. (Asset Image Management) Department which stored, organized and managed digital files for our customers internet catalogs.
Customer Service, I had to personally deal with vital million dollar accounts in a customer service capacity over the phone as well as in person.
