Welcoming homeless men and women in need of shelter, monitoring dorms, commons areas, and shelter grounds.

Maintaining a safe and clean shelter, assign, and encourage clients to help with daily chores and monitor follow through.

Assemble or disassemble equipment Install appliances and equipment, gardening/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc. Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues. Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm) Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.

Cleaning: Maintaining cleanliness in work areas, collecting trash, and debris.

Handling: moving securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials.

Operating: Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.

Supporting: Assisting tradesworkers in their duties, and following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.

Demolition: Tearing down old structures and buildings

Preparation: Cleaning sites of debris and preparing the ground or building loading and unloading:

Moving heavy material's by hand or with equipment like trucks and trolleys.

Scaffolding: Erecting scaffolding, mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt.

Safety: Following safety protocols for each tool and materials.

Traffic: Directing and controlling traffic
