• Created, managed, and maintained weekly schedules and job descriptions for all volunteers and contractors of all departments under my oversight utilizing Planning Center Online and shared Microsoft Excel documents.
• Restructured training and system protocols for production team to include, but not limited to:

-Propresenter macros for lighting cues, Multitrack automation, and multi-screen outputs and layouts.

-set up real time updates via multi-display monitor for Blackmagic switcher via ATEM Software for camera, Propresenter display, and lower thirds for the online campus with redundant Passport hard drive running in the event of internet outage.

• Established primary worship leaders to lead environments through consistent vision, coaching, resources, and relationship as well as established pipelines for team members to advance into new levels of leadership in alignment with overall church leadership pipelines.
• Provide pastoral care and spiritual development to team members through weekly personal connection, team teachings, and situational emergency response.
