Sean Sweeney

• Using a variety of materials throughout my life, I have continued to create meaningful works, often with natural and abstract imagery. I currently create mixed media 2-D work using paint, printmaking and collage, and 3-D work using clay, plaster and found materials.

The Artisan's Guild provided space for local artists to show and sell their work. The guild also provided community members and tourists a place to have coffee and view /purchase local artwork. Art classes were offered for local people to take in person. The idea was to support local artists and provide my community with the enrichment of art.

• Developed strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues by maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Worked cooperatively with other teachers, administrators, and parents to help students reach learning objectives.
• Managed classroom behavior effectively by establishing clear expectations, modeling appropriate conduct, and consistently enforcing established rules and consequences.
