Role: Project Architect for Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents phases; managed multidisciplinary team to successfully complete complex project within tight deadline; mentored junior team members in project documentation best practices to enhance their skills and contribute to better overall performance.

Scope: 130,000 sf of academic and administrative spaces, medical simulation labs, test kitchen, CM at Risk project delivery, $142.6 million budgeted cost

• Beacon Landing Permanent Supportive Housing, San Pedro, CA

Role: Project Architect for Entitlements, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents phases; assisted clients in obtaining permits from local authorities by preparing required documentation accurately and efficiently; improved project efficiency by streamlining communication between team members and stakeholders.

Scope: 4-stories, 88 studio units, supportive services programming, modular construction, $39 million construction cost

• Adams Terrace Affordable Senior Housing, Los Angeles, CA

Role: Project Architect for Construction Administration phase; oversaw construction administration services such as reviewing shop drawings, resolving field issues, and conducting site visits for quality control purposes.

Scope: Two 4-story buildings, 43 supportive housing units, 41 affordable housing units, $60 million construction cost

Role: Project Architect for Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration phases; delivered high-quality architectural designs for various projects ensuring client satisfaction

Scope: Interior finish upgrades to library and restrooms, new roofing, HVAC upgrades, kitchen upgrades, new sports field and playground area, middle school expansion, new covered walkways, parking lot remodel, $9.6 million construction cost
