• Designed and successfully implemented pipe material tracking from delivery and installation, to backfill, weld and grout at each joint.
• Managed design and procurement of 174 pre-cast concrete structures
• Negotiated contracts with suppliers to obtain best pricing and maintain quality standards.
• Ensured subcontractors are performing quality work per plans and specifications before issuing payment.
• Worked closely with engineer of record and owner representatives, maintaining open communication before and during submission of submittals, RFIs and proposed design changes.

WHITE WING RANCH SOLAR - 179-megawatt facility in Yuma County, Arizona

• Led civil subcontractor in development of 1,400 acres of privately owned retired farmland, ensuring project milestones were met.
• Coordinated civil subcontractor for site force majeure remediation after monsoon storm, restoring site safe and efficiently.
• Oversaw design and quality control for bridge construction over the main desert dry wash onsite, ensuring adherence to safety and design specifications.
