Oversee the daily operations of six rebuild bays, one steam dock, one fabrication bay, and one paint booth, effectively managing a total of 17 shop technicians to maintain operational efficiency. Coordinate with customers and sales staff to address the needs of clients in the Las Vegas market and surrounding areas.

- 2015-2016: Repaired small containers (2yd-8yd) replaced damaged and worn material and parts as necessary to maintain safe working condition.
- 2016-2022: Repaired and rebuilt compactors safely and efficiently to ensure safe working equipment for our customers. Assisted in the setup and establishment of the current fabrication bay. Acquired the necessary skills to operate all new equipment and machinery introduced to our shop, enabling us to implement the current rebuild program and deliver efficient, cost-effective rebuilt compactors for Republic Services
