Skateboarding

I skateboard on my free time time because it is a very difficult sport with a steep learning curve. I use it to challenge myself in practicing keeping my dedication to a single task. I do this when I learn a new trick or try to perfect another.

Running

I was introduced to the sport running when I was in high school where I joined the cross country and track and field team. I still run on my free time today because it helps create a space where I can challenge myself and experience pain. It also gives me the headspace to lay out all my thought and challenges and find solutions for them.
