  • I served as a temporary assistant manager at Dunkin' Brands from September 2023 to December 2023 (the acting assistant manager was on maternity leave). I supervised a team of around seven to eight staff members.
  • During my time at Dunkin' Brands, I played a key role in ensuring quick and efficient service for our customers, particularly in the drive-thru, where speed and accuracy are critical. My ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks contributed to our store's success, ultimately leading to us being awarded the trophy for the 'Fastest Drive-Thru' in the area.
