- My title at Cygnus Medical/Madison its for shipping and receiving helper. My main duty is to make sure that all the material is received and shipped in good condition. We do have International shipments to Belgium, Canada, etc. which gave me knowledge with the paperwork needed to send the material. As a shipper I am in charge of sending the correct material to costumers via Fedex ground/Express, UPS ground/Express and by Freight. Shipping and Receiving Material requires accurate inventory control and cycle counts very often which helps us maintain a good control of the inventory of the company.

- I worked for 2 years in Centric starting as an operator, after 6 months I was promoted to clerk which consisted in helping the Team Leader of my area with clerical work such as inventory, accounts, orders, etc. Months later I got promoted to Team Leader gaining a lot of experience with people, taking more responsibility, taking better decisions in addition of the clerical work that I was doing. Later the company moved to Ciudad Juarez and I was part of the 5 members of Centric to go and help them open the warehouse from the beginning. During the 3 months I worked in a different environment teaching the new leaders, helping in all areas, introducing the processes, and making it easier for them.
