  • As safety marshal, I observed that there were items that would have made it difficult for my coworkers to access the first-aid kit. I personally removed these items that were obstructing access to the first-aid kit, and informed my supervisors of this issue. Me and my supervisors then collaborated together to ensure that this safety hazard would no longer be an issue in the future.
