At the AAU Volleyball Tournament in Orlando, I served as a volunteer responsible for a wide range of logistical and support tasks that ensured the event ran smoothly for everyone. My role began with organizing and distributing essential gear such as bagging and handing out shirts, bags, lanyards, and IDs to players and coaches across multiple teams. I also managed the distribution of medical ice bags, ensuring players had quick access to recovery resources during matches.

Throughout the event, I assisted with moving heavy merchandise loads across the convention center, helping vendors and staff set up and restock. One of the more interactive aspects of my role involved running a reward station, where I engaged with players and distributed prizes using a roulette-style game, adding a fun and celebratory element for players.

Additionally, I was responsible for scanning tickets for coaches and visitors, helping to regulate access and maintain security at entry and exit points.

Through this experience, I developed strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. I was recognized by event staff for my reliability, adaptability, and positive attitude, especially when juggling multiple responsibilities under time constraints.
