Organizations/clubs

  • Senior Committee, Speaker of senior committee, responsible for giving input and thoughts into important decisions regarding all seniors of our school. Delivered announcements to seniors and took polls and organized filings on seniors.
  • Principals Cabinet, Mirrored the tasks of student supervisors. Gave opinions and input to school administration and principal regarding lunch time, class rules, school objectives, and student ethics and morals.

Extracurricular Activities

  • Volunteer cleaning, I live in a neighborhood in Duncanville next to a forest alongside my neighbors. We see it every day and in summer 2021 there was a lot of trash, so I took it upon myself to help my community and go to the town hall where I got permission to go in with a team and clean up the forest. Because of this, my community is healthier, cleaner, and happier!
  • Toastmasters, Member of the Dallas Toastmasters club and competitor in the 2022 UTD ToastMasters Impromptu Speech Competition. Able to give a full impromptu speech without preparation, with only a topic and two minutes max of speaking.
  • LCC (Latino Cultural Center), Member of the LCC from 2019-2021. First two years worked as an actor, arts and crafts creator, musician, and choreographed dancer. Third year worked as a paid mentor for the younger generation attending and gave guidance in previously attended knowledge from the LCC and from my own personal experience.
  • MOCK Trial community service, Volunteer hours at the Dallas Court in Downtown Dallas. Assisted in the organization of trials, payments, and registrations.
