Installed audio-visual systems in commercial spaces throughout the Bay Area for clients including Amazon, Levi's, and Gap, adjusting installations to meet client standards.

• Set up audio-visual presentation equipment for conferences and meetings, ensuring proper operation and client satisfaction.
• Kept track of equipment inventory and tracked usage to project resources.
• Trained new installers in installation techniques and safety protocols to ensure quality remained and we didn’t drop our standards for the job.

• From 2018-2019 I was a volunteer helping with what I can but from 2020 and on I was appointed as director of Audio/ Visual from then I was able to train around 5 people to do and make the audio and visual look as best as possible.
• But apart from teaching and leading a team I've also worked with a lot of sound engineers and worship groups all over the bay, also out of the bay such as in groups from San Mateo, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Mexico, all playing a crucial part in my growth and knowledge as a Sound Engineer and Leader.
• I was able to teach a lot but also just as I taught I was able to learn and listen to those with more experience than I, willing to work with others as a means to make sure everything came out excellent

• This job helped me learn how to dissolve conflicts while still leaving both parties satisfied.
• Here I also taught 2 people how to run food prep and communicate with people who didn't speak Spanish while today they are my old employers' most trusted employees.
• Here I learned to move fast and communicate with my team.
