I bring 14 years of experience in leadership. From service leader running around working the floor assisting employees needs day to day for about 6 years to then getting my own team. I was rewarded Team Leader in which I then carried the responsibility of the overall performance such as output, efficiency, quality of work and making sure they did it safe. On average 30-45 employees. My most recent role is Shift manager where each team lead report to me with any major issues such as safety, quality, loss, major breakdowns, disciplinary actions and overall performance of each team. My sole focus was to be the best and lead the pack in all aspects and so was my teams and the results spoke for themselves.
