Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems are carried out by managing maintenance contractors in order to sustain target level asset condition for supporting business continuity
Follow international Health & Safety best practices
Comply with all company &client policies and statutory regulations relating to health &safety ,safe working practices and fire safety
Implement department asset management strategy in coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all HVAC assets meet or exceed the required performance levels
Manage a portfolio of capital projects including new build and expansion projects to support business expansion
Support large expansion projects as well as internally managed projects by leading a team to technical officers for the design review, calculation, report, testing and commissioning, and hand over documents
Strong knowledge in the maintenance of HVAC,Mechanical equipments(rotating and static),electrical & instrument equipment
Technical reporting Skills Key Responsibilities
Preparation of mos all activity
Develop Strategies to maintain integrity of stored Equipment and commissioned Equipment waiting for start –up and rationalize operational
Manage asset condition survey and asset optimization for existing and new assets based on standard procedures to identify, plan and action containment plans for assets with low scores
Deliver a robust audit plan through the technical team to ensure all HVAC related works are compliant with relevant local and international regulations
Implement HIA environmental vision by setting energy saving targets by developing a strategy and assignment to the responsible technical officers for their respective facilities
Support management with critical decision making related to HVAC systems with sound understanding of technical requirements, business needs and risks & mitigation measures to support business continuity of all stakeholder facilities
Continuously improve maintenance contractor's productivity and optimize resources through monitoring and direct engagement leading to cost saving for facilities maintenance
Perform other departmental duties related to his/her position as directed by Manager Electrical Substations

Trouple shooting support give technicians for HVAC Equipments,Kitchen Equipments,Mechanical Equipments
Identify asset list Technical drawing,and field visit
Identify the gap of asset list specially which is available in field but not available in drawing and SAP List
Identify all data for each asset list as per the asset registry template and fill the asset registry template
Data may come from manual,internet based on serial number of the asset,of based on plate number in the field
Identify spare parts list for each individual asset based on manual or internet data
Establishes best maintenance practices &system to optimize resources and enhancing efficiency
Coordinate with region Staff for Developing asset registry and bill of materials(preparation ,Resourcing and execution)
Review ,analysis data in the computerized maintenance management system(CMMS)And participates in its Development.CAFM
Prepare and Generate Reports and Feedback with Regards to maintenance assigned activities
Review the major / critical spares Required for the maintenance activities
Follow material ,follow siteactivities to completion before planning date & time
