Work History

Household Manager/Nanny (Three School Aged Children)

Private Principal
08.2024 - 09.2025
  • In this role, I held a key position in family assistance and management, overseeing the coordination of household staff to ensure a high-standard, organized, and efficient home environment. I was responsible for managing daily operations, including scheduling, vendor relations, errands, and household inventory. Additionally, I frequently traveled to the family’s multiple residences across the United States, preparing each home in advance by managing cleaning crews and ensuring the homes were stocked and ready for their arrival. I also planned, organized, and executed family travel logistics, often accompanying them to provide both childcare and household support during trips. I implemented organizational systems that streamlined day-to-day routines and optimized household functionality.
  • In terms of childcare, I provided attentive care with a focus on developmental support, structure, and overall wellbeing. This family had three wonderful school aged children. I arrived to prepare breakfast and help the children to school and in the afternoons received them and aided with school work, transportation to after school enrichment and bedtime preparations. I also managed dinner plans, coordinating with the family’s chef to create meals enjoyed by the entire family. I frequently stayed late and offered overnight and weekend care to accommodate the family’s travel schedule, ensuring consistent and reliable support.

Nanny/Family Assistant (4 Month Old Girl, 4 Year Old Girl)

Mikaela and Michael McRae
04.2023 - 06.2024
  • I was a nanny for this family for over a year. This wonderful family of four had two little girls. I provided consistent, attentive care for an infant and her 4-year-old sister. I kept the baby on a regular schedule, introduced new foods as she developed, and supported her naptime routines and outdoor time. I included the older sister in age-appropriate aspects of baby care to help her feel involved and valued as a big sister. During the baby’s naps, I engaged the older child with crafts, board games, and outdoor play. When the older sister began kindergarten, The baby and I began going out into the world a bit more. We engaged in library readings, music classes and even baby gymnastics to support her in developing social skills and introducing new skills. My responsibilities also included bathing both girls, maintaining their laundry and bedrooms, preparing simple meals and snacks, and providing reliable date night care. I supported the family with light household tidying and helped maintain a calm, nurturing environment for both children.
  • Hours per week: 45

  • As a nanny for this family, I provided dedicated care for an incredibly sweet, but colicky baby, ensuring her emotional, developmental, and physical needs were met. I provided bottles and introduced baby led weaning. I frequently took her outdoors for fresh air, allowing her to engage with the environment, while also using age-appropriate activities to foster cognitive and emotional growth. I assisted with nap routines, creating a calm atmosphere to help her rest. Additionally, I contributed to the household by performing light tidying tasks, including organizing, laundry, and basic kitchen upkeep.

Joy Martignetti
03.2022 - 07.2022
  • As a nanny for a 4-year-old girl, I provided fun, nurturing care centered around her love for princesses and imaginative play. Our days were filled with creative activities like storytelling, crafting, and outdoor adventures, including visits to local playgrounds and fun splashing in puddles. I also organized and oversaw playdates, ensuring that social time was both fun and safe. When the family went out on their boat, I provided extra care and ensured her safety while enjoying time on open water. I maintained a tidy and organized home, including the child’s bedroom, laundry, and kitchen, and handled bath time and other daily routines. As the child began kindergarten, my services were no longer needed, but I greatly enjoyed our time together and the bond we built.

Adult and Child CPR/AED

Greetings!

I’m excited to introduce myself as a confident, motivated, and well-traveled professional with extensive experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth families in both household management and childcare capacities. With a strong foundation in psychology and a deep passion for providing high-level service, I bring a thoughtful, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to every home I work in.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—from full-charge nanny to family assistant to household manager—and I thrive in environments where no two days are the same. I’ve managed multiple private residences across the U.S., coordinated staff and vendors, handled inventory and logistics, and ensured that every detail of the home was thoughtfully maintained and guest-ready. I specialize in organizational systems, calendar management, and travel logistics, and am comfortable overseeing everything from daily routines to high-level operations.

While I’ve been fortunate to support a wide variety of families in both long- and short-term placements, the majority of my roles have been temporary in nature—covering transitional periods, relocations, or travel-heavy seasons. These experiences have made me highly adaptable and quick to integrate into new environments, but I’m now seeking a position that offers long-term stability and the opportunity to grow with a family or household over time.

In childcare, my background in psychology gives me a solid understanding of child development and behavior, allowing me to support each child’s needs with attentiveness and intention. I focus on developmental milestones, structure, and age-appropriate enrichment while remaining flexible to the evolving needs of both children and parents.

What truly sets me apart is my can-do attitude and genuine love for this work. I pride myself on being reliable, adaptable, and committed to excellence—always aiming to exceed expectations with warmth, professionalism, and discretion. I value open communication, uphold confidentiality, and strive to build long-term, respectful relationships within the households I support.

Thank you for considering my application. I would love the opportunity to further discuss how I can contribute to your team or to a client family in need of dedicated, thoughtful support.

Warm regards,
Sela Flores
