
Customer service experience includes identifying opportunities and problem-solving to improve customer satisfaction as well as kindness and empathy regardless of the customer. Responsibilities involved monitoring service standards, providing constructive feedback to team members, contributing to overall service quality, and people skills. I assisted in developing comprehensive training materials for employees, focused on effective cash handling and customer interaction, and much more. I was recognized for the ability to promptly address customer needs and deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced, kind environment. These skills are very valuable and useful for a new career in the medical field, especially with caring for the elderly. Also, I carry many specialties that will help me succeed as a CNA, such as communication skills, empathy, problem-solving, a quick learner, great with the elderly, as so on. Although I am a new CNA, I believe I am a great fit for a CNA job and will succeed greatly in helping others.
