Introduction

Restaurant professional with 23 years experience split with first 10 years BOH/13 years following FOH. I am a foodie at heart and recently returned to BOH to reengage with my love of cooking after going through difficult life transitions, (Illness & Divorce)

I recently relocated to Collinsville with my two school aged children and am seeking a part-time waitressing position serving guests during breakfast/lunch hours to accommodate my availability within my children's schooling hours.

I have a strong work ethic and a big heart for quality customer service and the success of the restaurant and it's employees. Big team player and hold myself to a high standard both within my work environments and in my personal life. Highly dependable and responsible.
