· Responsible for oversight and monitoring of all Family/Parent & Community Engagement services, including Parent Involvement and Governance

· Ensure ongoing monitoring, tracking follow up and analysis of Family/Parent and Community Engagement services

· Community Engagement services.

Audits children’s files for accuracy and completeness onsite and compares to electronic files in ChildPlus

· Monitor compliance of Family and Community Partnership work plans within the Head Start Plans with the performance standards

· Maintain policies and procedures for family/Parent and Community Engagement services

Direct the planning and implementation of parent education and parent support groups for Organized Community Action Program, Inc. Head Start/early Head Start

• Provide case management service to individuals identified as having special needs
• Schedule home visits
• Write Plans of Care
• Establish liaisons with other service agencies in the community
• Assist consumer in obtaining services they are entitled to receive
• Teach basic living skills(BLS)
• Conduct systematic assessments of consumer’s unmet needs
• Arrange social service for consumers and act as an advocate in their behalf

• Providing services offered by Agency funded programs to low-income families and individuals as well as providing information about services offered by other social welfare agencies and private/civic organizations
• Intake on all households in the FACSPRO system
• Maintain congenial and respectful relations with families, staff, and community
• Assist target groups in obtaining services needed and in becoming self sufficient
• Maintain confidentiality in-regards to staff and family information and maintain confidential family profiles on all participates
• Work closely with other in-house programs, agencies, civic and private groups to provide the necessary needs of the target groups
• Prepare reports as deemed necessary by programs
