Seong Sun Kim

I oversee all school operations, including daily school classes. I coordinate curriculums and manage staff. I also work as a ESL teacher. I teach English to non-native English speaker: I deliver virtual lessons, assess student progress remotely, and provide clear communication with students through a virtual environment, all while adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

I apply strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows. I provide child care to children ages 2 to 6 and provide and story time and play time activities and maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the nursery and its equipment.

I developed and taught ESL curriculum to improve students' conversational abilities and educated students in basics of English grammar and conversational speaking. I facilitated small group and individual instruction to maximize student learning and also facilitated class discussion to help students work through questions and expand understanding. I set assessments to measure student progress and identify growth opportunities.

In a language immersion or bilingual preschool, teachers who speak a second language will use that language throughout a majority or most of the day for everything, from talking one on one with children to circle time. I implemented age-appropriate curricula to meet needs of young learners. I worked with teaching staff to evaluate individual progress and recommend appropriate learning plans.
