• Set up and maintained key production lines including BOL (Normal Temp Aging to Formation Charge), EOL (Folding to Cell Packing), and logistics systems (Multi Stacker Crane, Conveyor, High-Speed Lift)
• Inspected incoming equipment for Protag sign-off and identified safety-related punch list items

• Improved yield and equipment utilization by analyzing manual interlocks and PLC sequences for PPM reduction
• Contributed to cell quality and structural enhancements by supporting DOE projects (E777, E805) and tray redesign initiatives
• Conducted maintenance training for 3 local engineers and 20 technicians, focusing on troubleshooting, PM/BM tasks, and quality adjustments

Line Maintenance Operations(Plant 1, 2 and Pack)
• Performed maintenance on formation and packaging equipment, including Rolling, Degassing, Folding, Inspection, RGV, Cell Packing, Conveyor, Stacker Crane, and Pallet Buffer systems
• Planned and executed preventive maintenance tasks; updated and optimized maintenance records within the G-EMS system
• Supported model changes and quality improvements, including reformation setups, equipment testing, and regular product transitions
• Participated in task force (TF) activities for equipment safety diagnosis and continuous improvement initiatives

Facility Maintenance (International Terminal)
• Performed maintenance on key facilities including air conditioning systems, elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and fire safety equipment
• Upgraded aging equipment to meet annual safety inspection standards and ensure operational reliability
• Supported retrofit projects and conducted safety inspections related to ground subsidence within terminal infrastructure

Storage Maintenance(Incheon LNG Terminal)
• Conducted on-site inspection and routine maintenance for underground and above-ground LNG storage tanks
• Installed inlet and outlet piping systems on LNG tank surfaces to support operational flow
• Prepared hazard work permits and estimated heavy equipment requirements for planned maintenance activities
• Manufactured test specimens for internal tank wall inspection and reviewed technical documentation for material acceptance
