  • Bryant IDEA: Project Winner 2021, The Bryant IDEA program is a course which teaches students about innovative process thinking and design. The program is designed to push students to use design thinking and teamwork to solve a real world business issue. Tackled the problem of athlete psychology associated with mental awareness about issues like depression and anxiety After analyzing market data using "Mintel Portal" we were able to conclude that efficient athletic scheduling, revolved around practice and game, can lower stress levels within athletes
  • Call Optimization Strategy for Amica, Conducted in-depth research and presented actionable insights to Amica employees and management on effective measures to reduce the rate of customer call backs and streamline outgoing calls from representatives. The initiative aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration on Workforce Benefits Analysis, Worked with a team of interns from various departments in researching and presenting recommendations to upper-level management on non-monetary benefits and attributes that hold significance for current and future workforce generations. The project focused on identifying elements beyond competitive salaries, highlighting key factors that resonate with job seekers and contribute to employee satisfaction and retention.
