  • My job of cleaning up and acquiring programs needed for the school completed, I was then moved over to the sister company (The Rehab Clinic)
  • I cleaned up the front office and all Medical Records
  • When that was all acquired, I was then asked to move on to medical billing to help with backlogs of unpaid bills
  • I had to learn this task as well as many others their I had never acquired prior to this position,along with the tasks I completed at the school
  • I learned all new training for what I needed to in about 2 weeks and moved on to working on the medical billing
  • I was then required to locate the missing funds from the past billing due to not being logged in or following up with the insurance companies for payment
  • Assisted with insurance verification, expediting the check-in process and ensuring accurate billing.
  • I continued to do this position along with some from the school as well until the time I left in July of 2018
  • Posted payments and charges to patient accounts and participated in billing processes.
  • Navigated complex insurance claims processes to ensure prompt reimbursement for services rendered.
