Affiliations

  • Project Manager for "Doorstep Donation". This was a nonprofit organization that my siblings and I had created back in 2023-2024 in partnership with the African Library Project. We have donated over 2,800 books to South Africa, Kenya, and Uganda.
  • Currently, I am organizing a book drive in partnership with the African Library project, but this time it is with all of the 4th graders at the school I am employed at. I believe encouraging philanthropy to young students will promote them to visibly see the difference they can make in the world. One book at a time.
  • Representative for PBIS Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports - I am the 4th grade representative of this framework and I help create positive practices that students can implement socially and emotionally
  • Math Leadership Representative for the 4th Grade Team- I attend district led meetings that focus on navigating a new math curriculum by learning about different components it has to offer such as: its narratives, quizzes, tests, family support resources, adaptation packs, etc.
