Run open order report weekly

Check and update pricing on all pos daily

Create and ship confirm external, internal, and build for stock orders

Transfer stock to and from internal warehouse bins

Inventory control

Responsible for minimizing backorders, and improving on time delivery

Update PO dates and pricing daily

Communicate with vendors on shipping requirements, po status, price changes

Supervise receiving department

Identify areas for continued improvement

Provide updated lead time and price to customer service on new sales quotes and pos

Purchase office, breakroom, toiletry supplies

Purchase non Trulinx engineering/maintenance supplies

Purchase non Trulinx supplies for production and clean room areas
