  • The position requires managing a time share facility in all facets of keeping the resort functioning on a daily basis. This includes making sure everything from the grounds to all plumbing and electrical are in working order. Also, building a trust with the owners allowing me access to their personal space while they are away. This requires a skill I have learned in my previous employment which involves working through issues of which some are small and some large. I handle all ordering of supplies for the other service related employees in order to control costs.
