In 2005, started business specializing in selling one owner, under 5K mile, clean title Harley Davidson motorcycles. Started out of my home garage and within one year moved into 2400 sq ft building. Built strong online/local presence selling on EBay at that time with over 1,900+ motorcycles sold world wide with 100% Seller Feedback and being recognized by Ebay as Power Seller. In addition, built strong online presence with Facebook with over 17,000+ followers globally in motorcycle community.

As a business owner, there are no day offs or taking it easy. If you're not hustling you don't survive. To list everything involved on day to day would require 100 plus sheets of paper for this resume so here is readers digest version.

Sales: Day to day included finding inventory, contact seller and close deal(s). Travel all over states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee and North Carolina with some brief stops in Louisiana and Mississippi. Bring inventory back to shop, upgrade parts, detail, photoshoot, video and sell globally all by myself. Close potential buyers, complete all proper paperwork based on location and shipping. Find marketing avenues to advertise my business and products.

Custom Builds: In 2018, decided to challenge myself to inspire creative side of my passion to start building my own brand of motorcycles we called Back in Time Cycles. Hired a known friend (bike builder) to help custom build frame up of 1940's Harley's using Evolution frames and clean titles and turning them into replicas of 1948 Pan Heads with today's technology and performance. Chain driven with both kick and electric start, softail frame completely fabricated to give look of a rigid while giving rider comfort, safety with disc braking and the reliability of today's motorcycles. Finished two proto types within 5 month window and just in time for Daytona Bike Week 2019. Entered 14 biker build of events in two week period while taken 1st place in 8 events, 2nd or 3rd in remaining 6 events. Most prestigious was winning 1st Place in American Iron Magazine for American Classic out of 127 bike builders from all over the world. We have since built 13 motorcycles for customers, fund raisers and two Hollywood actors. Our most prestigious build was just unveiled in December of 2022. We built a 1940's style motorcycle called Florida Memorial Police Motorcycle which commemorated 966 Florida Police officers who lost their lives since 1842. Police Benevolent Association backed us on this build and it will forever be present at both Tallahassee State House and Police Benevolent Association Corporate office. This motorcycle will make its way around Florida in 2023 and 100% of proceeds will go to families of fallen.

Service & Repair: 2019 decided to challenge myself one more time and hired two experienced technicians and opened another division, Service & Repair. Within 6 months, built over 125 new customers in 60 mile radius. During Covid 19 continued to market and build Service and Repair part of business. With change in our country's leadership, parts became less and less available for small businesses as I saw writing on the wall with 1% businesses buying up all parts needed to run a successful service and repair shop while smaller shops were left to fight for scraps. In 2022, the service and repair business was officially terminated.

As of 2022-present, received my financing license, opened up a floor plan and currently offer the following services:

Started my own recruiting company specializing in CEO, CTO, COO, CFO and upper management positions nationally. Found a small niche in retail catalog industry with companies like: Fredericks of Hollywood, LL Bean, Talbots, Lands' End, Chadwick's of Boston, Victoria's Secret, Lane Bryant and Blair Corporation.

Daily activities included contacting decision makers and locking down my service fee agreements to help them find qualified candidates for their job openings.

My specialty was not what the average recruiter was doing which was searching resumes that are already out on all search job boards, I was great at finding people who weren't looking until the phone rang and I was on the other line presenting them a better financial opportunity. Some deals took as long as 6-8 months because of relocation and transition but overall my success rate was around 95% of closing deals with both employer and employee.

I was able to successfully sell the company at beginning of 2005 while transitioning into my passion of motorcycles and creation of Nice Ride Inc.

Originally hired as Staffing Coordinator where job requirements were to cold call local businesses, set up face to face appointments, close contract with client to fulfill their job opening in Information Technology (IT) platform whether it was programmer(s), technical(s) or consulting. In addition, would find and interview best talent locally to fulfill my clients needs as most times we were short staffed.

Within 6 months of employment was top biller in state of Florida and within first 13 months, had top billing office from Vermont to Florida in RHI Consulting Division with billable hours,

Promoted to Division Director within 14 months of employment, had and managed team of 6 Staffing Coordinators while having top Gross Margin/Overall Sales Office nationally.

My first job out of college!

Hired as a Staffing Coordinator where my responsibilities included:

-Cold Calling on new and existing business

-Driving and knocking on doors of businesses who didn't take my calls.

-In a small business, you learn how to do almost everything required to keep the lights on.

I was promoted within 6 months to area manager where I had small team of 2 Staffing Coordinators working under me and my responsibility was to bring in new business as we started to expand our staffing territory from 30 mile radius to 100 mile radius.

Successfully was able to grow Able Associates with one office and $400,000 gross yearly to a 2 office and $1.1 million in first 2 1/2 years.

Promoted in end of 1997-1998 to Southeast Regional Sales Manager to grow business for whole South East Massachusetts area. Was on road 3-4 days during week while working on acquiring new business in areas where only big staffing companies ruled.

At that point, I was 27 years old and needed change in weather as cold winters in Boston just weren't in my future plans. Florida, here we come!
