o Responsible for the installation and maintenance of new construction and renovations. Read interpret blueprints/ drawings and or specific specifications per customer requirements.
o Complete remodeling of residential bathrooms, kitchens, foyers, hallways and basements, including tear down, framing, installation and finished carpentry. Installation of plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, cabinets, drywall, paint, wall and floor tile, trim and accessories.
o Repair/Replace multiple types of equipment. Use various tools rivet gun, screwdrivers, wire cutters and various hand drilling equipment/power tools and generators.
o Perform general maintenance and repair including installation, testing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical wiring systems, circuit breakers and wall outlets, and painting, work with chemical solvent sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, and paints.
o Act as team lead for assigned seasonal or temporary staff as required. Ensure they receive necessary training and required personal protective equipment.
o Frequent exposure to constant noise, bending carrying lifting 50+ pounds.
o Conduct in-home measurements with prospective clients to determine their wants/needs.
o Perform quality control to inspect, diagnose, and repair any issues or defects which might arise.
o Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
o Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
o Preside over weekly meetings designed to coordinate the work.
