During my days as a Taekwondo practitioner, I faced such adversity and challenges along the way which caused me to earn a lot of medals and recognition. Through all my years of training, I climbed through all the ranks until I finally reached the black belt title but something inside me wasn't satisfied so I pushed myself to get to my second-degree black belt.
Another time I can talk about this accomplishment is my getting on the Dean's list is one of the moments I felt that in school is not only a responsibility but a dedication that you need to put your everything in. Seeing that I got myself recognized by the school brought a smile to me and happiness.
For every single martial artist, it is an honor to advance to the next level and learn but when it comes to me I was starting to realize what Taekwondo was to me when I first began my training at first I thought it was for me to get stronger and be a fighter. Which it was true it was making me stronger but not in the way I thought it was building the foundation of my discipline and my will to keep dedicating. Being elected to be taken to the next level made me push my limits and reach to ultimate best version of myself and that goes with school or anything I want to achieve If I want I'll do whatever it takes to reach my one big goal.
