I powder coat and blast , water tight door, RSL , hose reels nulka parts , search lights, , net frames , ect., Responsible for the production line powder coat to be done for the shop.experice on preparación and Q.A items as well

• Performed routine maintenance on powder coating equipment including pumps, guns, ovens, filters.
• Prepared and applied powder coatings to metal parts according to specified procedures.
• Safely operated the bake oven to accurately cure powder coats on products.
• Identified defects in coated parts using visual inspection techniques or by performing tests like adhesion strength test.

• Sanitized surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch points at barges.
• Strip and wax floors
• Clean barges

• Set up bunks and lamps at barges
• Travel to Japan,Guam,Hawaii, bremerton, for barge maintenance.
