  • Responsible for planning and preparing engineered contract documentation for assigned projects, working with other Project Managers, engineers and consultants to meet deadlines, aiding in engineering decisions and collaborating to complete projects.
  • Prepared commercial compliance documents to meet the requirements of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Standard 90.1, as well as several state-specific codes.
