I have performed multiple tasks of driving a big wheel loader, back holes, skid steer, a bobcat, a forklift, street sweeper, water trucks, etc. I have also had experience doing burials, which consists of digging six- and eight-foot holes and driving the back hole. Also for during lent season for our cultural ceremonies we need plenty of wood so I always get assigned to drive out to Empire Ranch. The duties for getting the wood is chopping and loading the wood onto the flatbed and then deliver to the cultural grounds. My main duties are maintaining the trees, bushes, operating mowers and tractors and other heavy equipment, also repairing irrigation systems.
My job title at Old Tucson was a parking lot attendant; my duties consisted of properly monitoring my parking area for safety, security, and general customer concerns. I had to conduct regular patrols throughout the premises to ensure that safety protocols were being followed during my shift. This job gave me an understanding of being well aware of my surroundings because, in case of an emergency, I would need to alert management on duty about the incident. It also made me aware of management because the main part of the job is to manage the parking, traffic, and to control the vehicle flow.
I worked at the Casino Del Sol Resort as a Kitchen Steward during the Covid pandemic. During my time as a steward, I learned how to maintain a well-kept and organized work station.
