In charge of 100 members and teaching them the basics in stock trading and helping them build their stock portfolios. Used chart analysis on stocks to present information in a variety of instructional techniques and formats. Mentored new clients on the current market and was active in trading stocks, option trades, and crypto plays. Gave chart analysis on how to enter and exit trades.

As a Bellman I assisted guest with their luggage and also made recommendations for restaurants and near by attractions. We provided five star service in informing guest of the Adolphus Hotel history that dates from 1912, also I was responsible of driving the house car which we provided to our guest by taking them within a 3 mile radius.

I'm highly knowledgeable of my surroundings also I worked very well with my team mates.

Arranged linens and table settings according to seating plan and event theme. Provided friendly, courteous service to create memorable moments for guests. Maintained event cleanliness during service by promptly clearing dishes after each course. Served appetizers, delivered entrees and refilled beverages for banquet guests. Maintained customer satisfaction with timely table check-ins to assess food and beverage needs.

Delivered newspapers, mail, faxes, messages, and check-out invoices to guest rooms. Transferred suitcases, bags, and other items from vehicles and the main lobby to and from guest rooms. Gave guests high-class service and an orientation of our historical hotel. Transferred luggage, bags, and escorted guests to and from their rooms and assisted with their baggage. Provided guests with information regarding the hotel's amenities, local attractions, nightlife, dining options, museums, and concerts. Also I acquired excellent concierge skills from very experienced co workers Mary Stamm , Lydia Yager who worked at The Rosewood Mansion for over 25 years.

I have worked for the Omni Dallas Hotel for a year and 6 months I have learned of how a 1,000 room hotel and convention center busy can get. My skills have become extremely good specially when it comes to multi-tasking and always staying focused. Guest services is my profession and leaving a memorable lasting impression with my guest is my goal and for them to return. Working in a big hotel has made me capable of taking care of the guest best needs and always knowing how to control difficult situations by following proper protocol's but most importantly having integrity and awesome character in and out of work.
