  • Supported the development and implementation of the 2025 Paseo Real Wastewater Facility Master Plan, including upgrades to primary treatment headworks, secondary and tertiary designed such as digesters, diffusers for activated sludge treatment and emergency power systems.
  • Managed the phased Agua Fria Sewer Expansion, coordinating design, permitting, budgeting, monitoring, and approval across over 15 public sewer infrastructure projects in coordination with the Santa Fe County Utilities Division.
  • Serve as an active member of the City’s Development Review Team (DRT), reviewing sewer capacity for new developments and issuing Sewer Availability Reports to guide infrastructure planning.
  • Conduct field inspections for sewer installations to confirm compliance with UPC codes and City engineering standards; issue corrective actions and verify contractor adherence to project specifications.
  • Administer regulatory compliance and permitting processes with NMED and EPA, preparing documentation and coordinating inspections to ensure operational and environmental standards are met.
  • Lead the engineering design and review of wastewater infrastructure using AutoCAD including sewer system expansions such as the Jemez Road project.
