Manage phone system across multiple domestic and international call centers with a call volume of 1.4 million calls per month

Manage multiple PBX access points, 911 systems and POT lines across domestic offices

Leads internal team and external technicians in the installation, configuration, programming, and testing of all equipment and systems

Designs IDF drawings for all projects (i.e conference rooms, board rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, offices, command centers, and video walls)
Establishes internal processes and protocols and creates work schedules for internal and external teams and technicians
Oversees and implements technology solutions for all revenue generating events
Develops, mentors, and trains team to success
Routinely communicates with the CEO to execute visions with innovative technologies
Creates, manages, and reconciles budgets for all expenditures up to $25 million
Submits RFPs, negotiates favorable contracts, and manages all vendor's relations
Travels on average 60-70% of the year
