- As a Resource Manager for the Liftra Crane. I manage the schedule of the technicians so that they know where they need to be and what job they will be performing. Also coordinate with the Project Manager to create a schedule for the jobs there on the pipeline that will be needing any replacements. Making sure that the technicians are always productive and knowing their next task. Here are some example I performs as a Resource Manager: Approve technician time sheet / Create POs for sub-contracted companies as well as Approve their Invoices / Progress plan for each technician / Approve per diem sheets and expense report / Keeping up with the technicians certification and any other needs before they get to site.
- 2015 I was a working as HL Leader replacing components on Gamesa turbine models G5X, G8X, G9X, G114 and the newer turbine models G126, G132 as well as the G145 by replacing blades, blade bearing, gearbox, main bearing, generator, transformer, nacelle and complete rotors. I also started leaning and working on the Siemens turbines models G2 2.3 with the Liftra crane LT1000 replacing Gear Boxes and Generator as well as the Liftra crane LT1200 replacing Main Bearings.
