I have worked in customer service for 4 years now. At an early age i found myself landing in a company that i knew i could see myself growing in and learn skills by experience. Facing my own hurdles and challenges over the years from PT to now Assistant Manager I have learned a lot about myself throughout the years, but I can summarize who I am in two simple words.

PASSIONATE: You need to be passionate about what you're doing if you want to do good work in any field. I do great work because I am obsessed with what I do, I look to push myself past what i think i am capable of and do great work no matter what speed bumps come along the way i am relentless.

COMPETITIVE: I have been competitive my entire life. I will do everything i can to succeed . leaving everything i have on the table is the only option. however winning is not everything , my goal is always to be my best on my worst day. when it is all said and done i will be gracious in defeat and find most of my growth in the losses.

  • The first 8 months as an Assistant Manager at my first location the store's target was 2.2 million at the end of the 52 week . I along with my manager led the store in a 13 percent gain on target with the store hitting 2.5 million at the end of the 52 week rolling.
  • the first store as Assistant manager was Starting off at low volume store (2.2 Million) after my 8th month their I was promoted to take on a higher volume store ( 4 million )
