Assist members with everyday needs, provide empathy and support for members, and answering incoming calls.

• Helping guests with purchases, questions, and other store-related needs
• Checking out and bagging customers' items, stocking/restocking packages and shipments
• Training new employees and cleaning duties.

• Sorting and processing packages, loading packages off trucks, labeling and using the computer to generate labels, etc.

• Maintaining safety and satisfaction of guests, initiating in-depth training for new guards, and cleaning duties.

• Assisting customers with sales, promoting and finalizing sales, working the cash register and cleaning duties.
