Designed, implemented, and maintained Oracle Enterprise Directory (formerly Netscape LDAP directory) to support Netscape email system and JCPenney application LDAP directories.

Designed, implemented, and maintained a Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and AD LDS to support Exchange, O365, and JCPenney applications' LDAP directories, deployed on Windows Servers 2003 and 2016.

Built custom LDAP schemas in AD LDS to match the schema in the Oracle Enterprise LDAP directory, and migrated all LDAP entries (users and groups entries) from the Oracle LDAP directory to AD LDS.

Participated in the AD consolidation project to migrate over 120,000 users and more than 10,000 groups' LDAP entries from 11 child domains to the root domain.

Designed, implemented, and maintained the RSA Aveksa Identity Access Management and Governance (IAM). Microsoft Identity Access Management solutions (MIIS 2003, FIM 2010, MIM 2016) and Micro Focus IAM and directory services to manage users, groups, roles, and objects in JCPenney directory services and IAM environment.

Designed, implemented, and maintained the API integrations of the JCPenney business applications with LDAP directories for authentication and authorization services.

Designed, implemented, and maintained UNIX/Linux users' central authentication and authorization against AD in Delinia/Centrify and CA Privileged Access Management on 1,200+ UNIX/Linux servers.

In .NET (C#), I built LDAP directory monitoring tools, reporting tools for QAR to discover and fix discrepancies in LDAP directories, and an Associate Lookup program to visualize users and contractors. Service accounts in JCPenney LDAP directories.

Participated in Tibco and Kafka messaging environments to integrate the JCPenney business applications with LDAP directories for authentication and authorization services.

Provided Level 3 support for directory services, business application integrations with directories, authentication and authorization services, SSO, and MFA.

Designed, deployed, and maintained the software to control the newspaper printing control systems.
